St Mary’s Catholic School OSHC is an outside of school hours care facility located in the coastal enclave of Bowen, at the tip of the iconic Whitsundays region. Home to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, the local community is a major component of the level of care delivered by St Mary’s OSHC.
Working closely with the school community, St Mary’s OSHC provides an engaging, interactive, and educational after school hours care service to extend each school day. Our passionate, dedicated educators pride themselves on offering a place to welcome all. We cater to the individual needs of each student, nurturing and developing lasting relationships with both the children and their families in Bowen.
Exceptional Before and After School Care
As Bowen is a small, coastal town, the St Mary’s OSHC service is steeped in a local community feel. Surrounded by natural beauty, our facility has been designed to provide a child-friendly environment. Our educators ensure it is a safe, happy, and relaxed place for children. Each day, our team of staff organise new activities, ensuring a fun, playful and interactive afternoon.
Children at St Mary’s are encouraged to create, learn, and explore under unwavering educational support. While not the largest facility, the St Mary’s team ensures that the service is a family-friendly place, where the door is always open. Sending your children to St Mary’s OSHC in Bowen, you can be confident that your children will enjoy the extension of their school day.
